Baltimore Heritage Tour comes to Dickeyville
The Baltimore Heritage Spring Walk, held this year in Dickeyville on 13th May, was a great success. Despite the likelihood of rain on the morning of the walk, about 30 people followed Mike Blair around the village as he told stories of the historically significant homes. Afterwards everyone stayed so they could visit the interior of 9 homes which owners kindly opened up for the visitors.
Johns Hopkins, the Executive Director of Baltimore Heritage reported that he heard positive comments about the tour. “It was wonderful to see such a special part of Baltimore City”, was the sentiment commonly expressed by attendees.
